Upgrade system

Its been a while since ive posted but im now getting to the point where i think im in need of an upgrade to my cpu (for now i know gfx is a bit outdated), bear in mind i play games mostly and i want bang for buck as im on a budget of £175.

I was looking at a Bulldozer FX-4 Quad Core 4100 Black Edition 3.60Ghz £90
and a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 £60 and Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 4GB £25.
But if in the short term it woud be best to change gfx over cpu im open to suggestions.

A bit over budget but would give a lot more fps than a new cpu.

thats was my initial thought, i would rather stay nvidea tho, just personal prefrence. Idid toy with grabbing a x4 965 for £95.

well looks like i might change the gfx card then as overwhelming opinion says thats the way to go
