I want to upgrade my video card, what do you recommend? If applicable, what else do you recommend to upgrade?

- AMD Video card only
- I want 1 GPU
- I want to play games (like Crysis, Crysis 2, BF3, Max Payne 3, ect.) at least at ultra high DX11 with NO anti-aliasing and little to no tessellation at least 1440x900; 1920x1080 at the Most with FPS > 30
-NO overclocking
-Budget: Around $150-$250 USD
-NOTE: I have only 5 (1 for CPU, 1 for PSU, 3 external case fans)fans for cooling . I do not have and do not want watercooling.
Specs:

Hi there.
Found a couple that managed to fit into your budget. Personally I would go with the 7850 and overclock the GPU since it has a very good dual fan cooler.

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7850 2GB ($249.99
)

ASUS GTX 560 Ti 448 1280MB DirectCU II ($279.99) $249.99 after Rebate

Did you miss the part where he said "no overclocking"? anyway that 7850 is still a good choice overclocked or not.

One look at some summed performance charts will give you the idea. Then you can choose depending on what price you find each model:

Oh BTW, if you are not interested in Antializing, make sure you avoid video cards that come with twice the RAM of the standard model. It will be a complete waste of money for you.

What about factory overclocked cards? Are you completely ruling those out as well?
