Last time (and first time btw) i RMA my Sapphire card, i had to fill a support ticket to explain my problem. They reply quite quickly (i mean in two days max for me).
You have to sign in first. They will probably ask you to test few things.
And if the tests cannot help you in any way they will send you an excel sheet to fullfill.

Be warn that as soon that you will have sent you card they will deeply check the board and may reply you that you have damaged it.
They are quite annoying for this.
It happened to me and i had to moan a little to get it replaced (special case according to them).

good luck.

I had no issues with Sapphire RMAs either.
Anyways, if you bought the card in an actual retailer shop, not an "online only" store and if the card is still on the warranty the store gave, I suggest you to contact the store where you bought and ask if you can send it for RMA. Where I live, when we purchase a component at a store we get 2 years warranty but, I don't know how it works on HK. If the store's warranty is void, then contact Sapphire and ask for a RMA. I'm pretty sure the country where you are shipping the card is not an issue as long as you have the receipts "and such".

Yeah don't worry for this. You live in sweden and i live in France.
So i guess you will have to send it to czech republic like i had to.
As soon as you will have it sent be prepared for any negative response.
If so just moan as loud as you can and that should do it ..

Since you bought your card in Hong Kong, they may not honour your warranty. Most warranties are specific to the country or territory you bought the card in. I would have a good read of the warranty terms and conditions first.

Well Sapphire has been to good to me but they are kinda uninformed also. My 3 7970's is a major flop they will not run in Tri without crashing until AMD address's this problem with their drivers. SO for my hassle's Sapphire told me to sent my cards and they would upgrade them to 3 7970 oc editions, which I did. THis unfortunatley didn't work in my system because the OC cards where over 2 slots in size so I cannot fit 3 cards in on my motherboard now. I not gonna return them because they are worth more money but I might have to water cool them now which really sucks.
