Micro stutter but not from gpu -

Hi guyz,last week i built my new system but im getting micro stutter in NFS shift,BF3 and crysis 2 and a few others,i received my gpu first so i tested it on my old setup and i had no stutter,every thing ran fine except for it being a bit slower,since ive completely changed my system im now getting the stutter.
My system: Asus rampage formula bf3 2011 board I7 3820 cpu G.Skill 16GB (4x4GB) Quad Channel Kit Ripjaws Z Red F3-14900CL9Q-16GBZL Ocz vertex4 512gb ssd(latest firmware 1.4rc) Asus Directcu 7970 1000mhz and my old Tagan BZ1300watt psu Things ive tried: pci-e1@16 on gen 2 & 3 ddr3 1866mhz and system default 1600mhz cpu 3.6 stock and 4.45 oc max temp oc`d 55c(board PCH temp 55c max) gpu 1000mhz stock aND 1100OC max temp oc`d 71c ive also tried all the different Amd cat 12.4 drivers ssd set to 6gps(gen3) as i tested the gpu with my Asus p6t v2 and various drivers and games but no stutter i think i can rule out it being gpu issue does anyone else have none gpu related stutter |
