Alternative to ATI Tray Tools and RadeonPro? -

I have Windows 7 64 bit and up until today I've been using CCC (or whatever its called on W7 64) to force AA, AF, etc. Until recently, I've been able to get by with just one CCC application profile for all my games so I wouldn't have to constantly change profiles; However, I got a new game (Total War: Shogun 2) which runs best with settings nowhere remotely close to the profile I've been using. Changing profiles in CCC is a pain in the ass and I don't like running with the driver set to x8 edge-detect super-sampling anti-aliasing ALL. THE. TIME., so I started looking for an alternative.
My first instinct was to go to with my first-choice from XP - ATI Tray Tools. It does everything I want and need; However, it isn't compatible with Windows 7 without disabling driver signature enforcement, which I don't want to do.
My next choice was to give RadeonPro a shot. I've heard good things about RadeonPro, but I never had any luck with it in XP. Upon initial setup, it seems like it will do everything I want. Until I try to launch Shogun 2. I get "Runtime Error! R6030 CRT not initialized" every time I try to launch Shogun 2 with RadeonPro. Searching google is no help.
So now I'm back to CCC and growing weary of it already (seriously ATI, is it really that difficult to make an automatic loader for loading/unloading profiles?). Are there any other driver tools with automatic profile loading, other than ATT and RadeonPro? If not, perhaps someone can help me with the annoying R6030 error I get with RadeonPro?
