There is an option in game for AA....all you can do is enable/disable AA.

Because it is not real AA. It's FXAA. I've been trying to figure out how to force real AA for the last hour or so with no results. I don't know that it can be done on ATI cards yet.

i just tried the dark shader mod, it improves diablos appearance by 500% textures are alot sharper...

From what I can see, it is the FXAA injector with personalized tweaks.

Looks to be based around the original hand-edit version instead of the GUI version.

Unless it has custom shader routines, you can should be able to download the standard FXAA Injector and set it up for your preferences.

I would watch any injectors you use for Diablo 3

The game has a notorious watchdog system, and could ban you for it

Using Dark3D with the lesser option. Don't like how it changes the colours too much on the other settings.

@Valagard: Dark3D is safe for now, quote from developer's twitter:
"TOS against mods is so we can ban cheaters. I agree DarkD3 is not a cheat...yet. As long as it is not a cheat, no ban is likely."


As Dark3D doesn't really do anything with D3 itself, but rather DirectX it should remain safe.
