Windows Photo Viewer Discolouration? -

Hey guys,
I'm experiencing a weird issue with the Windows Photo Viewer, it seems that all the photos on the photo viewer has this bright tan tint to it. Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing:  It's a screenshot of a screenshot of CPU-Z shown in Paint and shown in Windows Photo Viewer. Does anyone know how to fix this discolouration? It's a colour profile issue, it happens with one of my old monitors when I install the drivers. Easy fix, though, just follow this link (similar to the first one above but a bit clearer. Says Vista but should work in windows 7 as well.
