Im looking for 23-24" display for gaming with IPS panel.
short resppnse time and excelleent color quality is what am i looking for.

You don't really have many options at 24" if at all.

Hazro HZ27WC or the Dell UltraSharp U271. Most guru members are picking up the U271, it's around £600 here.



Forgot about the Dell UltraSharp U2410.

Fujitsu P24W-6P (or P24W-6, same display). 5ms, 8-bit panel, 24" and 1920x1200 resolution. I personally prefer 16:9 monitors, so I personally use P23T-6P (it has a bit differently working overdrive that needs a little trick to get it work in office mode instead of video mode) which is 23" 1920x1080 LED monitor and should be 8-bit panel too (according to specs at least) but it does 75Hz with custom timings which is nice.
