Default New to Afterburner. Having some trouble. - 04-27-2012, 01:36 | posts: 2

I'm having a problem with Afterburner (at least I think it's a proble I never used it before). When I am in afterburner I can change the voltage. However, I can't change Core Clock or Memory Clock. Both Core Clock and Memory clock are set at min. both sliders lighters light up when a put the mouse over them, but they wont move. If I type a number into the box at the end of the slider (both are marked 0) it just returns to 0 when I hit enter or click somewhere else.

As to the Power limit and Fan speed, they don't highlight when the mouse is over them and are kind of faded out. I can't do anything with them.In device Manger it says I have AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series and under that is Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000.

In Afterburner it says my Graphics card is MSI R6850 Cyclone PE (P).Is there anything I can do to be able to change the Core Clock and Memory Clock. Or Fan speed and Power Limit for that mater. I am using Windows 7 home edition.

When I start my computer I get this message: the catalyst control center is not supported by the driver version of your enable graphics adapter. please update your AMD graphics driver, or enable your AMD adapter using the displays manager.

could this have anything to do with it? My drivers are up to date.

Any help?
