I have a P5q mobo in this rig and was looking at updates to the bios but I am confused. using Astra it says my bios is 80.00.14 yet looking on the Asus site it says 2209 is the latest, in fact I cannot find any reference to the bios this mobo came with. Anyone know if 80.00.14 as a different bios code on the official site? Reason for updating the bios was to see if there was any cpu support updates as I want to look at a faster cpu then this intel core 2 quad Q9400 2.66mhz.
So basically I am looking for 2 answers 1. what bios is 80.00.14 2. fastest cpu for this P5q (775) |
