hi my power supply has only a 6 pin and a 8 pin just wondering would i need i new power supply for using 6990 graphics card or could i use an adaptar power supply is a tagan 1100w 12v or should i jus go with 7970 which has 6 pin and 8 pin and less trouble with been a single slot gpu from what i can understand going by benchmarks 6990 only really comes into play if games support using 2 gpu theirs also 680
