Now for the problem. My problem right now is with World of Warcraft. When i play the game on Ultra settings, Windowed fullscreen, and with or without vsync, theres horizontal and some vertical shearing and tearing going on when moving around and panning the camera. However, the problem does stop when I set the game to complete fullscreen but I really like the convenience of pulling something up really quick without having the game minimize. I don't think i've had this problem before but yet again I didn't really focus too much on the tearing before either until now. If it helps the temperatures for the 590 is avg 42c idle and 70-80c when gaming. I'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions or should I just deal with it and fullscreen WoW.
