I have an HP s5213w slimline Desktop, AMD Phenom 9600 Quad-Core Processor @ 2.3GHz, 4GB PC2-6400 RAM (800MHz), 300w PSU which is the minimum requirement for the card and it does NOT detect the card AT all. It's not in the device manager when I install it in it's slot, I know my PCIe x16 slot is fine because i just had another 4550 in it 2 days ago and it was working, it was also XFX too which confuses me. The card isn't faulty because it was used in another computer. I've tried Disabling onboard graphics, I have the Catalyst Drivers. I just simply do not know what's wrong with this thing.
