That's why I can't see what the difference is between the xcl and uoc.
Honestly, i have no way of telling if ulps is broken or not. Im taking unwinder at his word. Since he works with these interfaces on a daily basis, i have to assume he knows what hes talking about.

As far as UOC goes, i was having sticky clock issues, i did fix it eventually. but finally abandoned it for xlc mode as its less of an annoyance. UOC would randomly reset my overdrive without telling me. And now that AMD has removed the interface, i see no use for it anymore.

With /xlc, i dont really have to run AB at all, except i need to cusom fan profile.
