I already have a 570gtx

You have the 9800 GTX or planning on buying one?

I'd say go for a GT 430 or 440. In comparison they are cheaper, smaller, cooler, quieter and consume less power.

OK then. It makes a somewhat big difference in GPU accelerated physx games, especially batman: arkham city, the heaviest I've played so far.
