in "Settings" you have the Tab [On Screen Display (OSD)] there you have the Hotkey's for OSD. Set them as you like, and press Ingame for showing OSD!

Finally i figured out how to display FPS and temperature, just go to Setting - Monitoring and choose what you want to display.
