Core Parking I7 under windows seven ( BF3 fix inside )

    Best PCMARK7 with core parking enabled:

    1.3% increase in scores. Well within the margin of error; however, definitely no decrease in performance. Also pulled better scores within RE5 when using a CPU bound resolution. I have found some additional entries in the registry that pertain to core parking, and the more I dug into it the more it appears that core parking is best for laptops, but does put a slight load on the processor because of checks and thresholds built into windows i.e. how much load is on the CPU before cores are unparked, how often does windows check for performance feedback related to core parking, etc.)

    For me I will keep it disabled.

    By the way, you can do this in Vista as well (if anyone apart from me still uses it), different reg key though so be careful.

    under desktop we don't need this feature ( 2w difference for the tdp ), butfor laptop yes, you want it enabled........
