Thanks for this, not often am i off work when a new driver appears, or the second person to post.
Will try these now on my HTPC partition to see if movie playback is ok, though mine wasn't broken with the last drivers, and will also test BF3 to see if some of my minor issues have been sorted.
Also, a new PhysX version, normally i would of thought this was for Batman Arkham City, but i thought that game was going to be using a driverless version of PhysX.
EDIT: New version of PhysX mentioned in the release notes doesn't seem to be included, still PhysX_9.11.0621, so don't know if these are going to be repackaged later on.

Good stuff, some fixes for Mafia 2 in there it says, handy as i always mean to go back and finish that game, won't be of any use to Batman Arkham City obviously, but might make some people think it will though, when it's just a co-incidence.
No issues with movies with these, everything seems flawless.
Only done about 30mins of testing, but BF3 seems smoother and i can't find any problems with the shadows, framerates are the same though, noticed there is a profile for MW3 now, but don't have that yet.

Tried for two maps in the same server, caspian border & grand bazaar. These drivers seemed okay in CB till I got around fighting in Checkpoint, had a coupe of vram leaks worst than 62's, for me anyway. Even had some stutters in grand bazaar, .62's ran that map smooth with 4xmsaa, these had random stutters...so I reverted back to 285.67's, I found these to be the smoothest gameplay when running ultra preset @ 1080p.

Set textures to "native" and use 8xAA/16xAF through .cfg. That should help with utilization. I saw up to 1200MB VRAM being used in MW3

What do you mean by this? Are you referring to SLI support because other than that, which affects only a minority of users, then how do you know the game doesn't already run perfectly on current and even older drivers already?

Sorry, was referring to the new PhysX software which could make people think was for Batman, when it's not.
It probably does run perfectly on older drivers as Arkham City has had a profile for months now, so i imagine alot of the optimisations are probably done, all this driver seemed to add was better 3D support.

GTX 560Ti still stutters like crap on BF3, starts off okay then just starts to stutter to the point where its unplayable after about 15mins gameplay, worst maps for me are caspian border and op firestorm.
I thought these drivers would have fixed this.
Im running a q6600 @ 3.8ghz so no HT problems. GTX 560ti is O/C to 1000core/2000shaders/2475mem but even at stock its the same stuttering.
Running ultra settings apart from AA is off (even on High/medium it still stutters). Normally frame rate is smooth as butter on ultra but just like memory leaks are coming in after a few mins gameplay.
Not sure if Nvidia can fix this with drivers I think its a BF3 problem.

It should run ok on that rig. And wow, 3.8 ghz on that q6600? Nice. Still, your cpu is a bit of a bottleneck for bf3. I guess my 2500k is as well though.

^^ 2500K bottleneck for BF3, No man....bf3 is completely GPU dependent..even a core i3 is enough for it..
