Telefonica Executive Claims that Nokia's Windows Phones are too expensive -

Engadget reports that the European General Manager for the carrier Telefonica, is claiming that Nokia's upcoming Windows Phone powered devices (namely the Lumia 800) are too expensive for both consumers and carriers. He goes on to say that:

All device manufacturers seem to think that a €400-plus device is the norm. Well, it isn't. Customers and operators won't pay that cost for a device which doesn't differentiate sufficiently.

Personally, I find this hilarious that carriers would go on record that a certain device is too expensive.
