need help to play stiff on my hdtv

i wanna learn some stuff
these stuff are which i downloaded recently
-ruby on rails
-php with mysql

both are video tutorials by lynda.com site

now i own a samsung la32c530

support usb

thing is it can read the rails videos but not php videos
i have shared the link
the mov files dont play but the wmv do

mov are php files
wmv are ruby rails fiiles


i tried man conversion software and i get same message video codec not supported
