I think that PCI-E running at 4x can slow down a gfx performance. Especially with crossfire.

Heres a review of AMD Radeon HD 5870 PCI-Express Scaling.1x,4x,8x,16x
Sometimes 4x is OK with one card,Check out his conclusion.
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/A...Scaling/1.html
I would be interested, and another day of course cause you will be busy with your party.
4x said to be about 25% slower with one card in some games.
You have tested some games @16x, was wondering the same test @4x how much difference is there really .

If your launch party sucked then you can at least use Steve's signature to forge some documents with, Bodar.
Did you test the Heaven's Benchmark yet? Or didn't I look well enough?
BTW: That white table in the first picture above looks great.

Bodar -- excellent video man. To the topic of Eyefinity versus framerates. Eyefinity currently only supports one GPU hence your performance.
ATI will need to fix CrossfireX compatibility with Eyefinity enabled.

Thanks Hilbert!! After all, it's all your fault I started getting into this stuff. Really appreciate your reviews here at guru3d! They dont get better then that! Thanks so much and happy you like it! cheers!
So, Do you think they will ever fix that with drivers? The extra resolution could use multiple cards..
