Default Help Control System Fan RPMs..? - 05-01-2009, 04:01 | posts: 2 | Location: Texas

I tried speed fan and it doesn't work with my mobo I guess; Gigabyte EP45-UD3R. I'm trying to lower the RPMs of my system fan, a front intake, Scythe S-FLEX F series. It's running at 1595 RPMs right now and it's waaaay too loud.

I can't post in the Advanced forums because I'm not very literate when it comes to computer stuff and new to these forums.

Does anybody know how I can do this using RT?

It wouldn't have to be a variable fan profile, I just want the fan to run at about 80% maybe 75%. I under volted it to 7volts and it was too slow. Figured RT could maybe do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
