Does ATT work for nvidia cards at all?

I got it to run and everything. I have a 9500 gt that i had set to about 670/550ish (dont remember exactly how much but in that range) with riva and then i finally got this to work. Everything seemed fine i ran WoW with the highest setting and nothing went wrong. Then when i tried using ATTs features it started going all phsycho. When i scanned for artifacts it just locked up and rebooted. Then with the settings back to default i put in 600 for the core clock hit set clock and it locked up again. After that with the settings at default again i simply hit the find max mem and it shot it up to 500 and froze.

What was wrong? Is this combo just not compatible or what? I really like this tool.
