Don't know how accurate it is, but this might give you some reference. I would always add another 10% of margin on top of whatever they tell you just to give you some head room and security for future upgrades.

This is confusing me... That site says I need like 500/550W of power and I didn't even selected all the peripherals I'm using. All this with the GeForce 9800 selected, but if I remove it, it drops to 300W.
Will the Corsair VX-550 be enough? |

yeah that ones not so good...this one has the best results but lacking in component entries:
