I need to burn a new operating system onto a DVD. It is an ISO file. I am using a PC with windows 95 and was wondering if anyone knows of a free to use ISO burning software that is bootable and will work on windows 95 with a 4GB file.

for free i doubt your going to find something that will burn 4gb. i know magicISO is free download but trial version only lets up to 400k file or something liek that.
