lol cool, i was checking nvidia sites for new drivers yesterday - still nothing and now i see this
 tnx.hm there's nothing special in readme pdf... i hope they're good, i tried 178.15 and IQ was the best so far (they didn't enable anisotropic mip sample optimization when you use anisotropic filtering)... |

I can confirm that both 64-Bit versions (XP and Vista) seem to be corrupt:
 Both 32-Bit versions seem to be OK, though.

I wouldn't fool with em... I've heard already besides the corruption issue is that they were pre-mature released. I think you will see the working drivers show up on the US servers soon.

nope its still here, this fake (aniso mip fitler optimization) performance boost which makes the image worse... im going back to 178.15
 edit: this is with old 178.15 and as you see no aniso mip filter optimization

137.48FPS Half Life 2: Lost Coast w/ Forceware 178.24 53.42FPS Counter Strike: Source w/ Forceware 178.15 140.43FPS Half Life 2: Lost Coast w/ Forceware 178.15 54.13FPS So far there doesn't appear to be much difference between 178.24 and 178.15. I get a couple frames less in CSS but visually I don't notice a difference. Lost Coast lost maybe a frame and again, no visual differences. |
