Exclamation JVC LT-26DS6 - Screen Misalignment - 06-06-2008, 15:48 | posts: 1,347 | Location: England, UK

Hey, so I hooked up my TV, a JVC LT-26DS6 to my PC as a secondary monitor, it works fine on boot up - perfectly aligned screen, colour is perfect..

But as soon as I log in, the screen is aligned to the left.. If I use the ATI Catalyst Control Center to re-align the screen, it ruins the visual settings; lowers the gamma, lowering all of the brightness, contrast, colour settings, etc.. But even if I get it aligned correctly then try play with the visual settings in the Catalyst Control Center but it doesn't work..

So I just left it as perfectly coloured and mis-aligned.. I need to move it to the right, but I can't even use my TV's remote and settings to align it correctly.. Also at the top right of the screen it is all fuzzy and distorted.. You may be able to see via the picture:

Is there anything else I can do? Here's a picture of what I mean:

Thanks,
Sparx
