Go to www.voodoofiles.com and go to the "3dfx drivers(3rd party)" area
Then remove the TnT2 card and install the Voodoo5000 as your primary card.

Why dont you ask your friend what driver did he use with the card or show you the box? Another way to identify your card by looking at the vga bios which would appear first before anything else when you start your pc. If you could tell what was written there, its easier for us to help. If it's too fast, push the pause button on your keyboard (you should know where it is).
Another thing is I never see any company making voodoo cards starting from voodoo3 except 3Dfx and Quantum3D which make a special version of high end workstation 3d cards using 3dfx chipset.

Well, maybe I've found the solution. Head to driverguide.com & you need to register with them (I dunno what's the reason although its totally free). Use their beta2 driver search engine and type '3dx 5000 tv' for product information and select 'innovision' for company. There's only one driver available and its for Win98 and the filename was 'M3DW9x.exe' Try it and and post your result here. If you cant d/l the files, mail me so I can mail you back along with the files.

As for WinXP, I'll try to help you searching the driver as much as I can but pls give me some times. And dont hope too much here.

More information I got here for your card. It's basically a Voodoo1 based PCI 3D accelerator. Connect to your primary VGA using a loopback cable and you connect your monitor to this card. The sad thing is there's no WinXP driver for this card as it's too old already (1st generation 3D accelerator). Your TNT2 Pro is a lot faster to play your Direct3D and OpenGL games. But you can use it to play your old GLIDE games in Win9x. But here's some link to your card drivers. Note that driver for Win2K is beta, but you could try use it for WinXP.
