So I use ati-tray-tool-ver.1064.
There is an option voltages, unfortunately, I can not but adjust voltages

There is a trick to, or what am I doing wrong?

If I voltage in the att increment, for example for gpu is not over
the voltage is always at 0.9750
just as it is when memory voltage
