Default 20'' vs 24" widescreen LCD - 09-21-2007, 00:17 | posts: 4,529 | Location: Va. USA

Been thinking of saving for a 24" LCD to replace my Viewsonic VX2025 that I have now...

Would it be worth it to me to move up another 2"?

I would say that the answer is yes, without a doubt!

Think of 19x12! Think of movies!

Don't think I would have the space for a 27" lol...

The Dell 2407WFP-HC and BenQ FP241W are the best 24" monitors out.

yeah... i sold it, the only game i had been playing was oblivion... which i still play, but i wanted to get some cash back out of it while it still had some value...

so im building a less powerful box (<--) that will still play some games ocasionaly and take up less space / produce less heat...

now wondering if a new lcd would be worth it...

i like how that viewsonic has the other imputs...

The LG 24" Widescreen Monitor (L245WPBN) is the best I have used. However if you are a hardcore FPS fan like my self there are NO lcd pc monitors over 22in that will not ghost or motion blurr. The Samsung 2232GW would be my choice of any LCD out there as it was almost as fast as my CRT. However I'm waiting till there is a 24 inch wide screen monitor that is as fast as a CRT. Untill then I would not waste the money on anything over a 22inch lcd for a hard core gaming rig.

If I were you I would wait a little longer for faster 24 inch lcds
