Default Riva tuner VGA change question - 06-12-2007, 13:29 | posts: 2

Maybe this problem is described here before, but i couldn't find a solution, so im posting.
My old VGA (eax 550)was clocked via RivaTuner from a standard 400/250 to 500/270. Now if i change my VGA (eax550) with a new one (7300GT) will the program detect that im with new VGA and run it on the default settings (500/~700) ? Or do i have to enter safe mode and remove RivaTuner from the bootup list and add it later when i start Win normally?

Just replace the vga board and boot up the computer. Everything will work just fine, no need to boot on safe.
