cant get internet explorer sound...through speakers -

my headphones work fine with the internet (explorer 7) but my speakers dont
speakers and headphones will play all sounds from everything else (games, media players) no usb stuff for me anymore either. headphones plugged into one port of my soundblaster live 5.1 and speakers plugged into another socket I have to change speaker set up on control panel to headphones for just sound through headphones and to 5.1 for sound through headphones and speakers is there a way to tell internet exporer what my speakers are plugged in to? |
