NEED HELP inovix mp3 -

i guys i recently buyed an inovix imp 97 and i reseted it for download new firmware but now i get no signal whatso ever and when i run audio share an program to update firmware it just starts looking for conected devices and it simply dont respond start searching and searching .... so how now can i put the firmware on?
