Processor: amd 4000+
Mainboard: asus a8n-sli premium
Memory: corsair ddr 400 2gb
Soundcard: sounblaster x-fi extreme
PSU: bfg 600 watt

3D Mark with Ati Tools -

I just built a new computer 680i motherboard with a 6400 cpu 2gb of ddr2 800mhz ram and a 1900xtx ati card ,sounblaster gaming card xfi. Now the problem is when i bench mark my system with just the video drivers i get a 3dmark 05 score of 11,571 when i add ati tools my score goes down to 10,040.
I have all the settings on high performace and application controled ,v-sync off. When i uninstall the ati tools it goes back up to 11,571. Why am i losing so many points with ati tools. nothing is overclocked and im running 3d mark @ 1024 x 768 @85mhz . Thanx for any help. |
