I have always wondered this and I haven't been able to fix it yet. What is happening is I will run a program such as Nero 7 Ultra Edition and it has a visualization option when you are playing your music. When I run the visualization in windowed it runs smooth at normal frames however when I open it in a full window it starts running really choppy and slow. Does anyone know how to fix this? Ive seen similiar in WinAmp plugins and other programs that use visualization that flows with the music playing.
