How to enable rsh, rexec, rcp access from Windows on Linux? (SUSE) -

In a super secure (totally isolated and totally disconnected from the internet) environment, i need to access Linux machines using the Windows versions of rsh, rexec and rcp utilities (rsh.exe, rexec.exe and rcp.exe)
What exactly do i have to do on the Linux side to enable that?
I have already put the IP of the Windows machine in $HOME/.rhosts on the Linux side and i have the same username and password combinations on both.
What's next? What services & ports should i enable in order to get rsh, rexec and rcp to work?
