I got sick of trying get my old Voodoo to work w/ XP. I purchased an ATI Radeon7000. when i relaced my Voodoo w/ the ati my comp won't boot up. it will go to the diagnostic screen but it will not POST and boot up. if i take out the ATI my comp will boot w/ the onboard video. or if i have both the voodoo and the ATI in it will boot up.

It acts like its looking for the voodoo during POST if there is a PCI video in a slot. i was able to run w/ both cards in and use the ATI card but it didnt seem to perform too well.

i even reformatted my "C" drive hoping this would clean my registry.

I am running XP Pro, pentium 3, 800mHz, 384meg sdram on a HP.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, i hope someone else has had experience w/ this prob and it sux i have to let the voodoo go, it was a great card until i got rid of ME and went to XP.
