And you know, for the little différence for your score, i ask me if this is not just the speed of CPU or the cfg for DDR, this is the
graphics card make the score, but CPU too when you see there' s some cpu test in 3d mark 03-05 without the graphics acceleration,
and they are running too without this...
If your Cpu run at 2.2 GHZ, iletyou imagine the difference, i run with same CPU near the 2.6 and my DDR is running at more of 460
MHZ for 2,5 3 -3 -5 T in latency and 1T rate command.

Sry i have not see your post coming.
For mine i have just install the new, but yes in win. control options. or in files of chipset drivers. under C:
The only thing i have reinstall the graphics driver after.
But i prefer, like i change Bios, make a proper install of windows
after change this type of driver.

Has anyone seen any information from Nvidia regarding the bug with SLI and DVI that causes the screen to flicker? It seems that when using SLI and DVI at high resolustion the frame coming from the second card is offest by a few pixels, which produces a mean flicker. I'm able to find many other people who are having the problem but no word from Nvidia on when it will be fixed. I've tried most drivers from 76.xx down to 66.xx.

Fixxerr,
yep think is good, i say again it' s the cpu speed, and etc...
But i think you have see the bench like a real accelerated movie No?
One thing i have see is the Speed of CPU, and other hardware,
have a real influence of SLI.

That is still lower than what u should be getting, by about 1000 points. U have a 3500+, so i dont think that would bottleneck 2x6600GT's. If u were running 6800GT's/Ultras then maybe.

I have go back to driver 76.10. NGO
I have allways the muli-rendering launch after an appliccation is runing, idon' t know what it is, the problem seems fixxed now.
I don' t make the 03 3d mark in full, but a little jump of FPS in
first party give me the indiquation i will. (1340 FPS - when disabled:960 FPS)
I think the driver 71.84 back sometimes and stay on single GPU
rendering.
If you no control it... you don't see. I try see if ther's a fix for that.

I don' t know, what have the 1006 bios, lol,i stay on 1004
and wait the next...
Incredible how is the low diff. of performance with 1024x768 and
1280x1024, i think the DDR in graphics card is doubled, so
the 6600 GT have a poor 128 and with SLI a 256 mb?
For Fixxr, with OC i got a score CPU more 5100 so, you have some
reserve of performance....for future..
In real,i have just verifiy, CPU score 3d 05: 5325 pnts

Well, im still on 1002 bios that came with the board - seems to be working fine. And there is no point in flashing unless i have an issue!
As for the low performance difference between resolution, its cos the cards are CPU bottlenecked at 1024x768 so dont show their true power, whereas the higher res gives them a bit more of a work out. My Ultras are most comfortable at 1600x1200 - that is where u see their real power.
As for memory, SLI doesnt = twice the memory capacity, this is cos both cards store the exact same info in the memory, as they would if they were a single card, its just that the drivers select which part of that info they should process. So really SLI has 2x256 (or 2x128 for 6600GT's) rather than 1x512 (or 128).
