Just because your ram supports 1333mhz doesn't mean it's configured to run at those speeds.
Take your speed, and double it.
You're memory is actually running at 1066mhz. Still a bit low.
Go into your bios, and reconfigure your memory so it'll run at 1333. I don't know how your bios is set up so i can't give you step by step.
Spam DEL when starting your PC
And goto the "MB Intelligent Tweaker" menu.
From there you can change enter the advance DRAM options.
You'll have to use a bit of common sense from there.
