hello !
I was searching for my next motherboard and
these 3 boards seem to fit in really good to me.
But is there any real world difference regarding overclocking the i5 3570k
because of phase difference between these boards.
And what are other advantages or disadvantages between these 3 boards,
because except power phases I see nothing significant...

Well supposedly the higher power phase, the more stable at higher overclocks. Do you OC your CPU at it's limit, or do you just like to OC under 1Ghz above stock? If you don't OC much, just go with the V.
LE is what I call "Low End". Don't bother unless you are really tight on funds.

+1 i suggest as well to go for the asus p8z77-v the asus p8z77-v Le is the low end of the series.Anything from the asus p8z77-v and up all you will be getting is extra features like extra sata 6gb connectors, extra usb 3.0 ports or higher quality audio codec,so compare all versions what extras features they have and if you really need them.As far as overclocking goes they are all basically the same, the extra power phases are mostly for high end users with custom water cooling trying to reach extreme overclocks,as we all know the intels ivy bridge runs very hot and with a high end air cooler you will be looking at a 4.4-4.6ghz overclock
