What resolution? If 1080p

Will it play almost all games at max settings? Yes

Will it play almost all games at max settings with more than 60fps? No

The i3 2120 and hd 6850 is one the most correct choices if you´re in a tight budget. The i3 has some kick and the hd 6850 is the best performer for it´s price. The case is ok, but the psu should get more attention. Things can go very bad if you don´t have a good psu. You can keep the case if you think it has the features and looks you need/like but i strongly recommend you buy a psu from a good manufacturer, 500w should be fine, you can grab one of these from a good brand for like 50€.

btw, tell us your budget.

Maxing out demanding games is generally a bad idea because you get very little additional image quality for the cost in fps that comes with going ultra instead of high quality. Your setup should be playable at high settings in most games, though more demanding games like Witcher 2, Battlefield 3, Crysis 2 etc. will be limited to medium settings.

I saw your other 7 threads or so, with that hardware you wont be maxing out skyrim and bf3 at 1080p. you will have to dial down the settings
