I've used the CNPS10x Extreme for a very long time now and it may have decent performance but it's completely unacceptable considering the noise level. It's not tolerable at high speeds unless you have headphones on. Also, it's a dust magnet, builds up dust like nothing I've ever seen before. I advise staying away from the CNPS10x Extreme.

I have the cnps 10x extreme. It keeps my cpu under 55c in prime 95 at 4.0GHz 1.2v and under 70c at 4.6GHz without breaking 1.1k RPM so it doesn't make much noise and it looks nice. Dust doesn't fill it faster then any other cooler i have used. I have had it almost 2 years and have only cleaned it a couple of times but my case does have dust filters.
