Can anyone recormmend me somewhere good for preorders who ship on time or before hand who are UK based and are zero hastle. As ive had alot of orders from game just fail on shipping and amazon im a bit meh about for preorders.

Don't bother with Amazon. I'm waiting on a pre-order that will be released on Monday and they haven't dispatched it yet. So that sounds like it will be a couple of days late. I'd have been better off going down HMV on Monday morning. Pre-order = waste of time.
