just installed my bradnew 680 and tried to oc. I thought max Power Target is 132% ? Is it a Bug?  Thank you! btw its a palit 680 normal design |

It could be a bug.
It could be a BIOS put on by mistake from manufacture.Double check with afterburner. I have my BIOS set to 150% for SLI.
