Default Win7 locked screen from wakeup? - 03-12-2012, 14:09 | posts: 4,834 | Location: In a game world

How do you remove the locked user screen on Win7 from a wakeup from computer sleep?

Bound to be a way to force it right to desktop and not have to click on something to go to desktop even if a password doesn't exist. The computer goes right to desktop on bootup so you would think it would here also?

It's only doing this on wake up from sleep mode..

Go into Control Panel>Power Options>Advanced Power Options and disable the Password on Resume option.Try that even though you don't have a password.

well, right click on desktop,
go to personalize, now in open window in the corner click on the screen saver.
In the open dialog, uncheck the lock the computer, apply ok
