Default Help. Unwanted On Screen Display Info. Video included - 11-19-2011, 07:23 | posts: 2

Hey guys.

Ok, so I am running MSI Afterburner 2.2.0 Beta 8

I have recently been having an issue with an extra line of info showing up on my recorded video.

I have activated OSD for GPU temp and FPS. which show up fine in the video captures. But I also get an extra line of info that I desperately want to remove. I can not find an option to turn it off.

It only shows up when I am activly recording. If anyone knows how to fix this, Please post a solution. You can see the line of info in the short video below, it is the last line down displaying the recording info such as recording length, size etc.

I Have not had this problem in the past and I think I did not have it on this version of Afterburner when I first got it.

Thank you.
Below is the link to my short youtube clip showing the problem.

This "unwanted" info was added due to your user requests. And you have to live with that, it will stay so in future versions.

Are you serious? so I can never do a video capture with any chosen info such as FPS showing, without also having this line of crap across the screen as well? Why is it not in the list of info you can turn on and off for OSD. Did people really request that that line of info be onscreen in video captures and never be able to remove it without removing everything?

That sucks, I was really loving the hell out of Afterburner until this, Thanks anyway. I have to find another program, I can not use this program for some video work I need to do. But it was nice for a while.

That's ****ing good example why I have to stop listerning for user reqests. Make some people happy - read such crap from others. Enough of that. thanks for you polite comments on "crap" anyway, it helps to accept correct decisions. Now there are only the things MSI pay for and only for MSI cards. Find HIS native video capture tool and be happy with it.
