Found this on Newegg, cheap, high quality, from what I can see, does nothing but what I want it to do - take pictures. Any thoughts?

Dang, that's pretty cheap. If all you need is a camera that you can throw around or abuse, that will do, although usually I just use my phone camera as I think it's "good enough". Just a heads up, but pics at night will usually have big dust spots because of the flash.
Although it is the standard 12MP, resize your pics to be smaller and it will look better. Pics might be faded or low contrast, but a quick Auto Levels/Auto Contrast in photoshop can fix that.
