i'm looking forward to it long as it is nothing like SS2! i love the first and second edition. i also have the HD versions (to bad nobody plays them) but hopefully they have gone back to their roots. SS2 was a Serious joke ... imo.

I enjoyed SS2. It was a fun game, yes a rather big departure from the previous game (First And Second Encounter are technically one game). But it's a fun shooter, and one I really enjoyed.

Looking forward to this one! I also enjoyed SS2. The weapons and monsters were a bit ridiculous but I liked all the different levels and settings

Yes, SS3 will be more designed after the Fist and Second HD Encounters. It's also a prequel taking place before those two games.

You don't want that. People Can Fly is no longer associated with Dreamcatcher/JoWood studios...
And JoWood's recent Painkiller titles show just how little they care about quality.

The image you posted was not from Serious Sam 3. It was simply a test image, showing what the new engine "could do"...
They didn't start actually developing Serious Sam 3 content until early last year.

I sure hope this doesn't follow the health regeneration trend in games right now. I have the feeling it is inevitable to have some sort of regeneration though.
