Default 260.63 memory error - 10-07-2010, 16:07 | posts: 17

I bought MSI GTS 450 OC version. download from Nvidia latest drivers ( beta) 260.63. But if I start with those drivers under OCCT memory test I vgot over 50000 memory errors. Alson noticed that sometimes screen frezze, and only thing I can do is restart comp.
But If i use 259.22 from MSI CD, I vgot no error. So please can some one verify this!
Thanks

Use a OC tool like Afterburner and lower the mem clocks a bit. If it becomes stable with 260.63 talk to MSI about getting a bios with updated clocks or RMA the card.

You want confirmation about instability with 260 betas on some fermis? Yes! Some stock oc´d cards became unstable and got BIOS updates with lower mem clocks to correct this. Ask MSI if you want to use 260 or stay with 259 until final 260s arrive and then check again.
