Cheap 3d Stereo, crosseyed -

So let me know if I am smoking crack or not. I watched some of the 3D stereographic stuff such as this:

It requires you to cross your eyes so that you see three images (instead of two) and focus on the middle image. It works well, but becomes fuzzy for me.
I then turned on quad buffered stereo on an fireGl v3600 and set it for two head output on a couple of 60hz 22" LCDs. I started up Supreme commander and Revit and it seems to work! Problem is its fuzzy (go figure I can't seem to focus real sharply when cross-eyed).
Does this work for anyone else?
disclaimer: I take no responsibility if you become permanently cross eyed ::-)
